Q: Do you guarantee your services?

A: Yes! The stylists at Style Hook Up, LLC guarantee all services provided are top quality and we will do whatever we can to satisfy our guests.

Q: How long does hair need to be for body waxing?

A: Hair needs to be 1/4"-1/2" for best waxing results. If you have coarse hair, it is better to wax at 1/2". Facial hair needs to be long enough to tweeze. As you wax more frequently, the hair will continue to grow softer and be able to be waxed at a shorter length.

Q: What are the terms for cancelling an appointment?

A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request a minimum of 48 hours notice. You will be charged the cost of the service booked for late cancellations and "no shows" if we are unable to re-book your original appointment time with another client.

Q: Why is there a "+" next to your pricing?

A: Each of our service prices are considered starting points. Each stylist is subject to change their own price. There is the potential increase on prices depending on length/thickness of the hair, abundance of product used or add-on treatments. We encourage clients to schedule a consult for a price quote.

Q: What is your return policy on products?

A: Unused products can be returned within two (2) weeks of purchase with receipt, however, used products may not be returned.

Q: Can anyone get hair extensions?

A: Yes! There are extensions for anyone with shoulder length hair. A consult would need to be done first to determine what type of extensions are best for the individual. Wig options are also available.

Q: Can anyone get lash extensions?

A: Yes! Anyone with natural eye lashes can get extensions attached. The amount of natural lashes determines how many extensions can be added. Party lashes and volume lashes are also available.
